CEDIA Exhibit Environment Wins Design Award

Exhibitus is excited to announce that Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) received a Bronze Design Award in the “trade show island design” category in Exhibitor Magazine’s 30th Annual Design Awards competition.

Designed by Pentagram SF Inc. and manufactured by Exhibitus and Shepard, general contractor for the event, this 40-by-50 foot space was described as “a metaphorical design that placed CEDIA in the center of the industry it serves by framing the booth itself as if it were a stage.”

Brad Falberg, President of Exhibitus, commented, “As noted in the Exhibitor article, this structure was designed to create a sense of energy and demonstrate passion for technology, in line with a major re-branding of this trade show.”

“From a production standpoint,” Falberg continued, “Pentagram’s beautiful design required a complex build that included compound angles and curves, precise high-end finishes and the integration of a variety of fabrics and materials – all while supporting substantial audio visual equipment and lighting structures.”

Exhibitus’ master craftsmen and technical partners worked alongside Shepard’s skilled installers to bring this 20′ high structure, with its 47-foot portal and specialized sound system with various integrated speakers, to life – ready to welcome attendees to this important industry event.
