Exhibitus is excited to announce that Exhibitus’ client, Flock Group Inc. (dba Flock Safety) is one of four finalists for the People’s Choice Award in the Rental Exhibits More Than 400 s.f. category in Exhibitor Magazine’s 12th annual Portable/Modular Awards. People’s Choice Award voting will go live on March 3. Once that happens, 
site visitors (including finalists) will be able to vote for their favorite project once per day through March 17.
As a sponsor of the 2024 International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) event, Flock Safety’s presence grabbed attendees’ attention immediately upon entering the exhibit hall. The large 50×80 square foot structure included bright brand colors, multiple hanging signs and a large replica of their “tree-like” logo, together making a dominant statement for all to see.
A critical objective of the event was to ensure that attendees understood the company’s comprehensive law enforcement solutions, not just unique product offerings. The Real Time Crime Center (RTCC), 
central to design and visitor experience, occupied a circular structure in the middle of the exhibit. Green bungee cording was laced so that it was secured at the top and the bottom of the rounded metal. This provided visual interest while giving the feeling of privacy during an interactive session in the structure.
The sessions within the RTCC demonstrated multiple ways for police to interact with Flock Safety’s system more effectively, with videos demonstrating each solution. Individual kiosks along both sides of the central RTCC created a journey map of partner presentation areas and featured customers to tell their stories using LED posters and static graphics for content.
Reception areas were placed at each 50-foot side of the exhibit. Mesh and clear wall structures at opposite corners drove traffic into the exhibit at the reception areas and allowed for an inviting and open floor plan. A theater area offered a space to showcase new drone products with live demonstrations broadcasting from actual drone footage. This area also featured drones suspended from the structure itself.
The CEO meeting space offered privacy for scheduled meetings while reinforcing the graphic imagery of Flock Safety’s coverage map.
Winners of the Portable/Modular Awards — including the recipient of the competition’s top honor, the Zeigler Award, as well as the winners of the People’s Choice Award — will be announced at EXHIBITORLIVE on March 19th at 3 p.m.
