Mathius Honored at EDPA’s ACCESS 2025
Atlanta, Georgia 05 December 2025 – Exhibitus is proud to announce that Phoebe Mathius has been named Designer of the Year by The Experiential Designers and Producers Association (EDPA) at the organization’s annual conference, ACCESS 2025. This award acknowledges a designer who works diligently to enhance the professional standards of
experiential/exhibit designers, contributes their talents, creativity and personal time to bring innovation to the industry.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Bemidji State, Mathius found her way to Exhibitus in 2016 as a Creative Designer. In addition to her design expertise, she currently leads the Company’s Creative Workforce Development + Advancement initiative.

Mathius has received numerous prestigious accolades for her professional work, including Stevie Business, MarCom and Hermes Creative awards. She is a member of EDPA’s Academic subcommittee, and Content Creation committee under the EDPA’s Future Workforce Development efforts. In 2023, she implemented an intern program at Exhibitus and guides and mentors these interns beyond their time in the program.
As an active member of various service organizations, including Exhibitus’ charitable arm, BeyondUs, Mathius has volunteered avidly with refugees and participated in programs that seek to prevent human exploitation.
