Regal Cinema – Enhancing the Brand Experience

Regal operates one of the largest and most geographically diverse theatre circuits in the United States, consisting of 7,211 screens in 549 theatres in 42 states. In 2019, Regal began seeking ways to enhance customers’ experiences beyond simply enjoying a film and box of popcorn. Regal realized that a connection should begin as they entered the lobby and began to seek ways to enhance the interaction with the brand.

To broaden the appeal, Regal sought out vendors that could offer not just food, but were typically identified with upscale, pleasant moments in time. Two of these vendors, Lavazza gourmet coffee and B-Fresh smoothies and juices made from fresh ingredients, were added to the lobbies with attractive food service kiosks.  Exhibitus’ expertise in trade show booth design and fabrication was used for each lobby kiosk.
