Ferguson is a wholesale supplier of quality plumbing supplies, HVAC products and building supplies to professional contractors, particularly those that influence the purchase of high-end products to the consumer market.
At the Architectural Digest Design Show (ADD), the goal was to demonstrate the diversity of the company’s product lines to the 40,000 attendees. As a distributor, the company sells products of many of the manufacturers also exhibiting at ADD. Thus, its exhibit environment needed to be on par with the up-scale exhibits of these partners, and potential partners, at the show.
Much of Ferguson’s business is built on long-term relationships. Company employees pride themselves on delivery of world-class service, and live by the motto that “Nobody expects more from us than we do.”
The design of the exhibit environment included comfortable areas to support meaningful conversations with customers and manufacturers, with easy access to images of product – beautifully displayed to grab the eye and capture the imagination of anyone who passed by.
