Upscale Exhibit for Luxury Show
Ferguson is a wholesale supplier of quality plumbing supplies, HVAC products and building supplies to professional contractors and homeowners.
Ferguson was exhibiting for the first time at the Architectural Digest Design Show in March 2015. With attendance of 40,000 design and construction professionals, this show featured hundreds of manufacturers, showrooms, galleries, artists and designers highlighting products and services for the luxury design market.
As a distributor, Ferguson sells products of many of the manufacturers also exhibiting at ADDS. The company’s exhibit environment needed to be on par with the up-scale exhibit environments of the partner manufacturers.
Ferguson needed to demonstrate the diversity found in the company’s luxury product lines. The company wanted to use interactive technology to demonstrate the breadth of the brand without having to physically showcase a large number of products.
Much of Ferguson’s business is built on long-term relationships. Company employees pride themselves on delivery of world-class service and live by the motto that, “Nobody expects more from us than we do.” The design of the exhibit environment had to include comfortable areas to support meaningful conversations with customers and manufacturers.
