Event Supports Families in the Exhibit Industry after Tragedies or Extreme Medical Expenses
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWeb) 13 October 2015 – As a trade show booth design company, Exhibitus is honored to announce its platinum-level sponsorship of the 2015 Randy Smith Memorial Golf Classic (RSMGC) on Monday, October 12, 2015 at the St. Ives Country Club in Johns Creek, Georgia.
For the past 20 years, members of the exhibit industry, from exhibitors to show managers to general contractors, have come together to help families in the industry who have suffered severe tragedies or face insurmountable medical expenses. This professional community is dedicated to providing financial and emotional support to all past and present recipients and their families.

The first RSMGC was held in 1995 after the death of Randy Smith, a project manager for an Atlanta-based exhibit house. He died tragically in an automobile accident after working long hours at a trade show. He left behind a wife and two small children. Two of Randy’s co-workers started RSMGC in hopes of helping the emotional and financial burden caused by his death.
